DELIVERY

Order will be delivered to the address designated by you in the order form.

Our Client Service Team will contact you by phone to ensure the delivery address.

You should ensure that the address designated by you in the order form is complete and correct. We will not take any responsibility for delivery to an incomplete or incorrect address and/or any loss that may occur as a result nor will we be responsible for making any refund or replacement of the product you ordered.

We endeavor to deliver products to your designated delivery address within 5-7 business days after an order is accepted.

Only Hong Kong address is accepted. Delivery address must be a residential address or a business address.

P.O. Boxes are not accepted. Delivery service does not include

Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Restricted Areas and Outlying Island.

If the order has not been delivered to you successfully, our Europe Watch Company Client Service Team will contact you by email or phone call for re-arrangement of delivery.

If you wish to change the delivery address after an order is placed, please contact Europe Watch Company Client Service Team by email at service@europewatch.com within 2 hours after the order is placed.
